For over 120 years and across more than five generations, we've been perfecting our craft. Our family hails from Piedmont, Italy, and emigrated to Chascomús in 1900. Throughout the years, different generations have engaged in various trades, some earning a living from animal slaughter and others mastering the art of butchery.

Over time, we refined our processes, eventually industrializing and exporting by-products and animal offal. This led to the creation of a large-scale industry with diversified operations all focused on the food chain.
Our continuous development and growth encouraged the new generation to step into the largest sector of the meat processing industry, handling the slaughter and production of chilled and frozen beef and pork cuts for both local and international markets.
With a strong industrial foundation, we have pursued vertical integration to enhance our business value chain. This approach ensures that we can continue doing what we love most: providing the finest, protein-rich products that connect us to our land and heritage—the meat.
